The Mary As monthly meeting. All who are interested in a lively and informative discourse are invited to join us on Thursday, February 24 at 11:30 AM for a presentation by Vanessa Acosta about DeColores Multicultural Folk Arts, an artist centred, non-profit corporation. This is the legacy of the late Xavier "Big X" Montes who created De Colores in 1994 to honor the late labor leader Cesar Chavez and Dolores Huerta. He was committed to giving back to our community, particularly to young people, through the wonders and creativity of art and music. De Colores is the recipient of the First Sunday Offering in the first quarter of 2022. Vanessa Acosta is their Founding Director and former assistant to Big X.
