Lay ministers play a vital role in our congregation, extending the reach of our professional minister and our Affiliate Community Minister. This past year the Caring Committee considered the Reverend Barbara Meyers book, Held, during its regular meetings along with our normal discussions. We are now considering how to use what we learned Beyond the Walls of our congregation as well as within the walls. We could use some new members of this committee. Please let Rev. Maddie know if you wish to participate. We will meet in person on October 28th at 3 PM.
