Meditation With Corrine Carson

Day and Time
Monday Nov 21, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

In Person Meditation with Corrine Carson
“A human being is a part of the whole, called by us “Universe.” He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest - a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.” - Albert Einstein
During the month of November, we will continue our discussion of the traditions and spirituality of the World Soul, Anima Mundi. Our meditations will focus on Communitas, the spirit of a community of equals that creates a sense of belonging. Our discussion highlights will be:
November 7 – The Enchanted World
November 14 – Sacred Sites and Places
November 21 – The Dis-Enchanted Modern Culture
November 28 – The Re-Enchantment of the World

Please join our community for an hour-long class of a guided
meditation and discussion. This gathering is held weekly and is in
person in the Parish Hall. Cost is $10.00. Please contact Corrine if you
have any question at cori127@aol.com or 661-7556105
